A New Chapter I met the homeowners, a couple beginning a new chapter together, while they were still considering the purchase of their future home. After visiting a standard five-room apartment, I helped them identify its hidden potential. Once they decided to move forward, we designed and planned a light, airy living space with a strong sense of openness and extensive custom-made storage integrated into walls and niches. The project included full interior design and renovation planning, custom carpentry, and complete home styling.

Styled for sale A couple with three young children purchased the home to live in, but shortly after moving in decided to sell and return to their previous neighborhood. Although the house was new, it was unfurnished and lacked carpentry, lighting, and styling. The home was fully designed and furnished to be enjoyed during the short period before the sale, while creating a warm, complete interior that would appeal to other families. The investment paid off, and the house was sold as is shortly thereafter.

Transforming potential into a dream home The homeowners, a couple with two young children, purchased their dream home—a spacious property full of potential, yet outdated and in need of a major renovation to suit a young family. As part of the planning process, we enlarged existing openings and removed unnecessary walls to enhance the sense of space and strengthen the connection to the enchanting garden, which had captured their hearts from the very first visit. The design is based on a clean, restrained palette, enriched with subtle rustic and vintage touches. We designed a new kitchen and a significant amount of custom-made carpentry, featuring unique and highly functional elements such as the library with a rolling ladder and the concealed wardrobe that hides the parents’ bathroom within it. Existing carpentry elements that were in good condition were carefully refurbished and integrated into the new design. The project concluded with complete home styling, including furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories, thoughtfully combined with personal objects collected over the years and the couple’s extensive book collection.

Investing today, planning for tomorrow The owner, a recent widower who had gone through a challenging personal recovery, wished to renovate the old duplex he lived in—thinking ahead that his many children and grandchildren could one day use it as an investment property. At the same time, we chose to also invest in the current owner himself—designing the home to suit a pleasant, stylish, and joyful everyday life. Equally important, the home needed to accommodate large gatherings of friends and family, which was very important to him. The process included full renovation planning, interior design, and a comprehensive home styling concept—including staging for marketing photography.

A Thoughtfully Tailored Home for Retirement Living The owners, a retired couple, purchased a standard six-room developer apartment, which they dreamed of adapting to their personal taste and needs: a minimalist design that integrates the many objects and artworks they have collected over the years, along with a great deal of storage. The process included the design and planning of a substantial amount of custom-made cabinetry, comprehensive interior design, and complete home styling.

Designing a Home That Isn’t Yours with low budget | A Rental with Personality A couple + one on the way wanted to upgrade their rented nest ahead of the upcoming birth. A small budget, a home that wasn’t theirs, and the couple’s unique taste resulted in an apartment with Tel Aviv–style chic and unexpected colorfulness— where crates become a bookshelf and an old radio turns into a console; an old IKEA sideboard, freshly painted, upgrades a dated (but very comfortable) living room; an old refrigerator painted black transforms a tired kitchen into a cool one; and a 40-year-old wardrobe gets new fronts and becomes a stunning statement wall in the bedroom. There was no budget here for “standard” custom cabinetry or a “real” renovation—but it was definitely one of the most creative projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on.

Styled to Sell - Designed to Impress The owners aimed to refresh an apartment that had been rented to roommates and neglected during the rental period, in order to make it attractive for sale. The process included a cosmetic renovation designed to highlight the apartment’s existing advantages, such as the stunning view, the successful parquet flooring, and the relatively spacious public living area. In addition, it involved selecting and repositioning furniture, as well as complete home styling for the apartment’s spaces — including staging for marketing photography.

About a year and a half ago (before purchasing the investment apartment), we started the process with Tanya. We received her preliminary approval that the necessary changes could be made in the apartment. We waited 10 months for the seller to vacate the apartment, and then we began…

The renovation in question was a full renovation: we removed all the walls in the apartment, leaving only the shell and a few columns—nothing more!

Five months later (it was supposed to be three, but that’s how it goes with contractors), we finished the renovation. Tanya arrived with her magic wand, made a few final styling touches, and we were ready (or so we thought…). The amazing photographer came, and innocently, we posted a listing: apartment for rent… boom! (Turns out we weren’t ready.) 200 inquiries in 10 days, and of course, the apartment was rented.
